Characteristics
The SW PC/ABS alloy have both PC and ABS advantages:
high strength, high toughness, good rigid, good flow in mold for thin wall products, the good temperature resistance in our products, reasonable price.
The SW PC/PBT alloy improve both PC and PBT disadvantages:
the PC disadvantages: stress crack, solvent & oil resistance.
the PBT disadvantages: Low IZOD strength, the heat resistance is no good, the strength down is obviously when the temperature increase.
